The Flagstaff Group

Flagstaff Group is a not-for-profit Australian Disability Enterprise, employing over 350 people with three quarters of the staff having a disability. As a Social Enterprise, Flagstaff operates to achieve a social purpose for the benefit of the community through the operation of sustainable commercial businesses. Flagstaff provides life skills and work for people with a disability in an inclusive and progressive culture.

Flagstaff is an NDIS provider and through its Life Choices division, provides pathways to employment, life skills courses and training programs including School Leaver Employment Program, vocational pathways for high school students and supported employment.
