COVID-19 Vaccine for vulnerable people

The Disability Trust and COORDINARE South Eastern NSW, are working together to ensure that vulnerable people in our community, who are ‘housebound’, have access to the COVID-19 Vaccine.

Vulnerable people are those who are aged 12 – 100+ years that are:

  1. Individuals living with a disability (sensory, cognitive, intellectual, psychosocial and physical) including:
  • Individuals who are living by themselves in a home with or without family of carer support
  • People with a disability who live in congregate settings
  1. People with immune-compromising conditions (including people being treated with cancer), multiple comorbidities, chronic lung disease, chronic neurological conditions, and those with severe mental health conditions.
  2. Carers or others who may be living in the same household as a person described above if they require vaccination and consent.
